Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Fliplove AI - Love Cards. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Fliplove lets paired partners send love cards, photos, drawings, AI scenes, and music. Features may require an account and, for some capabilities, a paid subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be an adult and meet the minimum age required by Apple or Google in your country. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and deliver that content to you and your paired partner so the app can function. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the store, not by Fliplove directly.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Fliplove to harass others, impersonate anyone, reverse engineer the service, or engage in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or CSAM. See our Child Safety Standards.
6. AI features
AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing content before sending it to a partner.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
