Child Safety Standards
Fliplove AI - Love Cards (“Fliplove,” “we,” “us”) is a couples love-card application. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
1. Explicit prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
Users of Fliplove AI - Love Cards must not create, upload, send, share, request, store, solicit, or otherwise engage with any content or behavior that involves or promotes:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including any sexualized depiction of a minor (real or fictional)
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to use Fliplove to harm or endanger children
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Intended audience
Fliplove AI - Love Cards is intended for adults. Users must meet the minimum age required by Google Play and applicable law. Do not use the app to communicate with or about minors in a sexual or exploitative way.
3. Reporting child safety concerns
If you see or experience content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM in Fliplove AI - Love Cards:
- Report in the app via Settings → Contact support, or
- Email our child safety contact: seunogunmolufirst1@gmail.com
Include what happened, when, and any relevant user or card details. Do not email illegal images if doing so would violate the law; describe the issue so we can follow lawful preservation and reporting processes.
4. How we address CSAM and CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity on Fliplove AI - Love Cards, we take appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing the content
- Restricting or terminating accounts
- Preserving records as required by law
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other applicable regional or national authorities
5. Compliance with child safety laws
We strive to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations related to CSAM and online child protection, including processes for reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
